Invite Friend’s Voucher:

Please note for all prepaid orders, referral vouchers are credited to your account within 7 working days of order confirmation, for COD order the referral voucher will be credited within 7 working days after successful delivery of your friend's first order.

» Valid upto 1 month on a minimum purchase of Rs.1500(Rupees fifteen hundred only).

Store credits:

A store credit is provided after the return process is complete.

» Valid upto 3 months with no minimum purchase amount.

All vouchers are visible under My Basket, in the Billing section, once you have selected the minimum purchase value. Alternatively, your vouchers will be visible in the My Account section under Credit Summary.

Please note credits/vouchers cannot be broken in parts and only one credit/voucher can be used per transaction.

I cannot find my vouchers

This could be due to a few reasons:

» Your voucher has expired.
» After an unsuccessful transaction, where the attempted purchase was made using a voucher.
» On cancellation of an order by Fashionandyou.com, where the purchase was made using a voucher.

For the latter two cases, there is a security delay of several hours before your voucher reappears in your account. Once the checks we undertake are complete, your voucher will reflect under the My Accounts section.

Vouchers will not reflect under ‘My Basket’ in the Billing section, if the order value is less than the minimum redemption amount needed for the said voucher.

How can I Use My Voucher

» All vouchers are visible in the My Account section under Credit Summary or the Redeemable Credits section. In My Basket in the Billing section, vouchers will reflect only if the order value is equal to or more than the required minimum redemption amount. You can simply select a voucher in My Basket to redeem it and avail an additional discount. The final payable value will reflect the deducted value of the used voucher.
