fashionandyou.com accepts the following payment methods for your orders:
While completing your order, simply select the card type of your choice. You will then be directed to the secure payment platform.
You will then need to fill in your bank details. Once the payment has been accepted, we recommend that you keep a copy of the transaction summary.
Please be aware that fashionandyou.com will not keep any of your details on file.
For payment by card :
If your payment is accepted and your order confirmed, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation.
Any vouchers you choose to use towards an order are redeemed immediately. If the total value of the coupons you have chosen to redeem is greater than the value of your order, the difference will not be refunded to your account.
Your bank card details are encrypted on your computer and then sent over a secure server for authorisation where your details are verified with your bank to avoid fraud.
Once your payment has been accepted, your details are not kept on file - this is why we ask you for your card details each time you order on fashionandyou.com.
Should you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently, we recommend that you contact your card issuer immediately.
Is it possible to be debited once the order has been dispatched or pay on delivery?
Yes for the convenience for our customers we also offer Cash On Delivery as an alternate mode of payment.
(Please note: This facility is only valid for Indian shipping address.)
Once your voucher has been credited to your account, you can use it towards all or part of any purchase on fashionandyou.com.
When you go to pay for your order, all vouchers you have are displayed at the summary page. You can then select which one(s) you would like to use, and the voucher value is deducted from the total amount of your order.
If necessary you can then complete payment for the remaining sum by selecting your payment method.
Also, please note that if the sum of the vouchers selected is over the total amount of your order, the difference will not be refunded to your account.

It is possible that your bank may not authorise your payment immediately.
It is also possible that our banking partners do not immediately send us payment authorisation, even if your bank account contains sufficient funds.
In these cases your order is automatically cancelled. If this happens we recommend that you contact your bank to ask how they manage online payments. Depending on their response, you can then try to order again.
