As soon as a sale starts, you will be able to see all of the items on sale. Select the items you wish to purchase and they will be added to your basket.
Your items will be kept in your basket for 30 minutes, after which your basket will expire. This is why certain items may at first appear to be sold out but then come back into stock.
Once you have confirmed the delivery charges and completed payment, your order will be confirmed. Shortly after you have placed an order with fashionandyou.com, you will receive an email which will confirm and summarise your order. You can then view the status of your order by logging into your fashionandyou.com account and selecting either My Delivery or My Account /Order History. Once payment has been confirmed, you will be unable to make any further changes to your order.
Due to logistical constraints, you are not able to remove one specific item from an order after an order number has been generated. Although two sales may appear on the website at the same time we do not necessarily receive stock from both suppliers at the same time. For this reason each sale may be prepared separately by our Logistics service.

How do I add to my order?
You can add any number of items to your cart before you complete your transaction. However, this will not be possible once an order number has been generated.
Two important things to remember – items remain in your cart only for 30 minutes; and although we offer different sales at the same time, we do not necessarily receive the goods from our suppliers at the same warehouse or at the same time. This is why orders from each sale may be sent separately.
You can choose multiple items and add it to your cart before you have completed a transaction. New orders cannot be added to the existing purchase if an order number has been generated. However, you can make a new purchase as a fresh order.

Having problems placing an order?
Why is the item in my cart not available when I try to complete my order?
The items placed in your cart are refreshed in 30 minutes, enabling you to add items to or modify your order before payment. During this time, you need to confirm your cart, choose a delivery address and pay for your order. If that time is exceeded, your cart will expire.
This is why an item which is shown as ‘Sold Out’ may become available again later. We recommend you check back regularly to see if items you are interested in are in stock again.
Why is there a time limit on my cart?
To give all our members an equal chance to get great items, the items in your cart are reserved for 30 minutes from when the first item is placed in your cart. If you do not proceed to check out within that time, your items will be removed from your cart and made available again to all members. If you still want the item and your cart timer has expired, you can return to the sale and put the item back in your cart (if it is still available).
Why does my order not appear in ‘My Account’?
Because of the large number of connections to the website, it can sometimes take up to a couple of hours for your order to appear in the ‘My Account’ section.
However this does not prevent you from contacting us regarding any questions you might have. Making sure to specify the sale name, order date and order ID.

Can I change the Billing & Shipping Address of my account?
Yes, you can change both your Billing and Shipping Address for future orders.
To change your Billing & Shipping Address, go to My Account>Billing & Shipping Address, change your details/information and click on Save Details.
Also, you can call us at 0120-673 9999 on all 7 days, from 10 AM to 7 PM and get our agents to do it for you.

Can I change my Billing and/or Shipping Address for a particular order?
You can change your Billing/Shipping Address while placing an order. However, once the order has been placed, you will not be allowed to change the Billing/Shipping Address.

How to cancel an order

You are only able to cancel your orders up until 24 hours from the date of purchase. This date is indicated via delivery tracking on the ‘My Account’ / ‘Order History’ page. It is not possible to cancel specific items from an order.
If you cancel your order within the 24-hour deadline, the refund will take place in the form of store credit. The cancellation will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. Your refund will then be credited in the following days, if your account has been debited.
In case of an Express order, we ship within 24 hours of purchase. Thus, the order can be cancelled only if it has not been processed and shipped.
Further, please note, since cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we purchase the product from our vendor as per your commitment to pay and ship your order without any prepayment, we are unable to cancel your order when we have received the merchandise from the brand. Please note that in the event of such cancellation, we will review your account and may be forced to discontinue the option of COD in your account.

How can I track my delivery?
In the ‘My Account / Order History’ section, you can view the order number, date of order placement, product and quantity, value, tracking ID, payment mode and status of the order.
If one of our brand partners is delayed in sending your purchase to us, we'll make sure you know what's happening with a special update email. We work hard with our brand partners to make sure delays don't happen, but with so many brands in our growing portfolio we sometimes encounter unforeseen issues)
